Do you have any questions?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our partners to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

HOW LONG WILL MY ODER TAKE TO DELIVER?

We work with a variety of brands from all over the world, so shipping times will vary:

Our UK brands typically deliver within 3-5 days.

Our overseas brands (Europe, US, Australia, etc.) will deliver within 6-14 weeks.

Please keep in mind these are only estimates, and more accurate delivery times can be found on the item's product page.

Whenever possible, we will provide you with tracking information once the item has been marked as dispatched by our partners. We care about every order and will provide you with regular updates whenever we can.

DO YOU DO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

If you live outside of the UK and would like to purchase an item, please send an email to concierge@homeofficelife.co.uk so we can contact our specialised couriers and provide you with a quote. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your item is visibly damaged when you receive it, please refuse the delivery so the item can be returned to the warehouse for further inspection.

If you only notice the item is damaged after opening the box, please take photos of the items and send them to concierge@homeofficelife.co.uk. We will contact our partners to authenticate the claim and arrange a collection and a replacement if you are eligible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are made to order are not eligible for returns unless there has been a manufacturing or supplier error.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
